Hey everyone!

Thanks so much for the great response I have received from you all so far! I am still up…uni has turned into a 24hour job at the moment (I have no time to sleep!!) I wish to begin collecting my questionnaire results shortly..as my dissertation is due on the 1st May! It is not too late to request a questionnaire if you would like one, I still really appreciate your interest and taking part! Please may I ask anyone who has received a questionnaire from me, If you could please return to me filled in. I would be really grateful!!

Hi everyone! Thank you for your continued efforts to fill in my questionnaires! I am steadily collecting a solid sample but I still need a good number more until I can can begin collating and analysing my data. I can’t wait to assess the results, I am really enjoying carrying out this study and reading your responses ! Please continue to fill out my questionnaires, I really appreciate your time and I am very grateful for your aid during my dissertation.

A very big thank you to those you have sent to me completed questionnaires, I really appreciate it ! If you know of any fellow bloggers or friends who may have some time to spare to fill out a questionnaire please direct them to my blog, I would be really grateful!

The results have gained to date are very interesting and I am really looking forward to analysing them..I shall summarise my findings and update for you to see!

This is my first blog post on this blog, set up to discuss and gather data regarding my BA (Hons) Public Relations Dissertation. I am in the final year of my degree, studying at the University of Central Lancashire.

My research is related to the area of crisis communication and online public relations, a 15 minute questionnaire has been designed to gain results. The study I am conducting aims to discover how and why various Internet methods (eg. blogs and social networking sites etc) are used by individuals to communicate with online during a crisis. My research specifically focuses on the crisis of Baby P, and also aims to establish how individuals have found using the Internet useful during this crisis.

This study therefore requests to hear from individuals who have an interest (professional or otherwise) or in the social work/social services and welfare sector and the case of Baby P.
